Application Engineer--Varicent, Sales Compensation Management

Job Description

The AWS Sales Compensation Management (SCM) team at Amazon Web Services is looking for an experienced Application Engineer to expand the capabilities of their mission-critical Sales Compensation Management application.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years previous experience implementing end-to-end sales performance management solutions.
• Experience implementing enterprise-level applications for Sales Compensation Management.

Responsibilities

• Work with various functions and end users to identify, document, and communicate standard business processes.
• Deliver reliable, scalable, and efficient applications managing all phases of the development life cycle.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that accelerate cycle times and ensure accurate results.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to drive innovation.
• Engage with internal AWS teams to identify existing components and technologies that can be leveraged.
