Job Description

As an IT Support Engineer at Amazon, you will be responsible for providing seamless end-to-end technical support to corporate employees, ensuring productivity and innovation.

Requirements

• High school or equivalent diploma
• 2+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience
• 2+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience
• 2+ years of networking experience
• 2+ years of Windows Server technologies experience
• 2+ years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site, high-quality IT support to corporate employees
• Evaluate log files to determine system health and ensure compliance
• Provide support for high severity incidents and act as escalation point
• Assist in triaging and escalating system or network outages
• Execute change management activities in a high availability environment
• Participate in continuous improvement projects with partner teams
• Manage IT asset inventories
• Participate in hiring, training, and mentoring team members
• Expand skills, learn new technologies, and troubleshoot escalations
• Create and maintain documentation for SOPs and processes
• Ensure efficient ticket queue management and help with ticket auditing
