Sr. Electrical Systems Engineer, Engineering & Design

Job Description

Amazon is seeking an Electrical Systems Engineer to develop technical solutions for electric vehicle charging infrastructure within the Global Fleet and Product team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of project management experience
• 6+ years in electrical engineering/power systems and/or cost estimating
• Master's degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or equivalent STEM field (preferred)
• Experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma, and other operations engineer tools
• Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Partner with construction and external architects to design and build electric powered delivery sites
• Solve technical problems with innovative solutions
• Develop and maintain multiple concurrent projects
• Work with stakeholders to define program scope and assign responsibilities
• Work effectively with senior leadership across multiple organizations and geographies
