Sr. Teamcenter Application Engineer, Kuiper

Job Description

Project Kuiper is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO), bringing fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities worldwide.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Computer Engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of recent and relevant work experience with PLM/PDM/CAD software
• 5+ years of experience with front-end and backend design tools
• 5+ years Enterprise Tool administration experience
• 3+ years of developing and documenting engineering processes related to PDM/PLM/CAD tools
• 10+ years of experience with Data Modeling, workflows, access control, change management, CAD integrations
• Development experience with PDM/PLM/CAD - SOA, both server, client and web-client customizations

Responsibilities

• Providing a stable, performant and reliable set of best-in-class software tools
• Anticipating tool and infrastructure needs, working with multiple organizations, supporting users
• Developing and implementing processes to enable successful and rapid development of a low Earth orbit satellite constellation
• Solving problems, laying foundation for the future, staying updated on current technologies
• Working with other teams to capture requirements and feature requests, supporting end users, creating proposals for future infrastructure needs, automating processes, researching new tools or technologies
