Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description

The Manufacturing Engineer optimizes processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance quality within the operation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline
• 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design and implement operation’s processes to drive productivity and efficiency
• Oversee layout changes to maximize safety, capacity, and output
• Support EHSS initiatives, troubleshoot and maintain operations equipment
• Perform cost justifications and project leadership responsibilities
• Support NPD projects and complete action items based on shopfloor inputs
• Contribute to site Quality projects and assist in facility maintenance practices
