Group Manager - IT Solution Delivery, Manufacturing

Job Description

The Group Manager - IT Solution Delivery at Milwaukee Tool will lead a team to provide technology solutions for Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Operations, Business Management, IT, or relevant work experience
• 7 or more years of relevant work experience in Manufacturing, Operations and/or Business Analysis
• Experience with ERP, MES, OEE, BI, and other business applications
• Ability to lead multiple small to medium projects in waterfall and agile SDLCs
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Oracle, Microsoft Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SQL

Responsibilities

• Supporting North American manufacturing plants with scalable technology solutions
• Leading cross-functional teams to develop IT solutions
• Eliciting requirements and conducting gap analysis
• Leading projects to evaluate and select software solutions
• Managing project scope, acceptance, installation, and deployment
