Job Description

Amazon is seeking an innovative and solutions-oriented Senior Manager of Innovation & Design Engineering to drive global initiatives in developing and delivering next-generation fulfillment and transportation systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 10+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering or related occupation
• 5+ years experience managing a team of engineers
• Experience with Material Handling Equipment and packaging lines or process design

Responsibilities

• Invent, design, and implement engineering solutions for global supply chain
• Manage and coordinate design and innovation efforts for fulfillment and transportation network
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors
• Provide technical management for large-scale engineering projects
