Job Description

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior SoC Power Architect to optimize power and performance across various applications with a focus on efficiency and innovation.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• 6+ years of additional relevant work experience in computer architecture and power
• Understanding of power efficiency factors at chip, system, and product levels
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Drive to continuously learn and expand architectural knowledge

Responsibilities

• Optimizing power and performance for Nvidia SoCs in various applications
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding power solutions
• Guiding HW Design teams in improving power efficiency
• Creating power models to evaluate architectural tradeoffs in different workloads
