Senior Platform Software Engineer – Factory

Job Description

NVIDIA is seeking a Factory System Software and Diagnostics Integration Engineer to join their Datacenter Platform Software team and play a crucial role in coordinating factory projects and guiding cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD in EE/CS or related field
• 2-5 years of experience as an Integration Engineer at Factory settings
• Strong knowledge of server manageability, bring up, and deployment in data centers
• Experience with Firmware, Diagnostics for x86 and ARM servers
• Experience working with ODM/OEMs to deliver quality servers
• Strong skill in python, C/C++, and shell scripting
• Experience with programming and debugging for GPU platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead Factory Validation projects from Software, Firmware, and Diagnostics perspectives
• Integrate and handover Software, Firmware, and Diags for all products
• Consult and offer strategic direction to engineering teams
• Collect and analyze factory requirements, delivering solutions
• Analyze factory processes, systems, and workflows for optimization
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation
• Collaborate across teams to design and implement changes to factory
• Perform system testing, validation, and fixing to ensure functionality
• Monitor, collect, and analyze data to propose solutions for system reliability and efficiency
• Collaborate with vendors and external partners for new factory systems or software/firmware upgrades
