Senior Architect - NVIDIA Architecture

Job Description

Join the NVIDIA GPU Architecture team to work on modeling and validating chip architectures for next-generation GPUs, with a focus on control fabric, register buses, and multi-dielet architectures. Collaborate with architecture, software, and validation teams to improve GPU functionality and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering
• 5+ years of work experience or Master's with proven ability or PhD with 2+ years of experience
• Strong programming skills in C++, C, and familiarity with build systems and toolchains
• Computer Architecture background with experience in SystemC & Transaction Level Modeling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Architectural design and functional modeling of GPU components
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop features for next-generation GPUs
• Develop models, tests, and testing infrastructure for new architectures
• Improve flows for turnkey delivery of GPU address maps and validation tools
