ASIC Design Engineer

Job Description

NVIDIA is seeking an ASIC Design Engineer to join the Global Circuits Team responsible for developing innovative IPs for various applications in hardware security, self-driving cars, artificial intelligence, and more.

Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field; MS or PhD preferred
• 3+ years of experience in logic design, Verilog/System-Verilog, physical design, and VLSI
• Experience with multiple clock domains, asynchronous interfaces, and digital systems design
• Programming skills in PERL or Python
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Develop micro-architecture and digital design for innovative IPs
• Collaborate with architects, circuit designers, and verification engineers
• Execute synthesis, timing analysis, functional verification, CDC checks, and formal equivalence
• Support post-si bringup, debug activities, and develop necessary flows/tools
• Contribute to ASIC design flow stages including front-end design, DFT, ECO, ATE test development
