System Level Testability Engineer

Job Description

NVIDIA Silicon Solutions Group is seeking a System Level Testability Engineer to develop test specs for the manufacturing line and improve overall quality of diagnostics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Microelectronics/Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience
• Strong EE fundamentals, knowledgeable in digital design, signal integrity, statistics, timing analysis, fault analysis, sampling, and computer architecture
• Strong data analysis skills
• Hands-on lab experience with silicon bringup and lab debug
• Understanding of firmware/driver structures and their interaction with HW
• Experience with Python, BASH, Linux

Responsibilities

• Work closely with HW engineering teams to determine coverage needs and constraints for test conditions
• Develop and execute closed loop analysis for POR expectations vs production line screens
• Improve testability scope and coverage enhancements for manufacturing testing
• Enhance system-level testing flows and incorporate takeaways from silicon and correlate to design
• Work with SW and board teams to support and improve test infrastructure, debug knobs, and data collection features
• Prototype and fine-tune performance, yield, and quality on pre-production silicon
• Measure key performance indicators for the effectiveness of new tests
