Job Description

Seeking a Senior ASIC Engineer with expertise in DFX ATPG flows and methodologies to contribute to NVIDIA's innovative projects in gaming, compute platforms, and Artificial Intelligence.

Requirements

MS or higher degree in EE
10+ years of experience in Design-For-Test
Strong understanding of ATPG tools

Responsibilities

Support deployment of advanced Design-For-Test and Automatic Test Pattern Generation solutions
Collaborate with multiple teams to drive ATPG flow solutions
Use Artificial Intelligence methods to solve challenging problems
