Senior HPC Architect, Networking

Job Description

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior HPC architect to support the deployment and optimization of large-scale GPU compute clusters, contributing to advancements in artificial intelligence and GPU computing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience using accelerated computing for datacenter/HPC-based Enterprise computing solutions
• Solid understanding of accelerated computing scheduling and I/O stacks
• Experience with C/C++/Python/Bash programming/scripting
• Experience supporting high performance computing or deep learning in engineering or academic research
• Experience with parallel filesystems
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment
• Experience deploying and maintaining high-speed networks like Infiniband or Ethernet for compute and storage traffic
• Desire to be involved in multiple diverse and innovative projects
• BS in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science; MS or PhD desirable

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering solutions to operationalize the latest GPU Computing and Networking products and software stacks
• Ensure technical relationships with internal and external engineering teams
• Assist systems, machine learning/deep learning engineers in building solutions based on NVIDIA technology
• Be an internal reference for system administration, fabric health analysis, and other datacenter and GPU-accelerated system solutions
• Interact with HPC, OS, GPU compute, and systems specialist to architect and develop large-scale performance platforms
