Lead Post-Silicon Validation Engineer

Job Description

Lead Post-Silicon Validation Engineer position within the GPU Engineering Team at NVIDIA, responsible for managing and leading post-silicon bringup, characterization, and productization of memory systems for GPU products.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related fields (or equivalent experience)
• 12+ years of proven experience with three years working with memory systems in the lab
• Direct experience in taking an SOC/GPU from concept level to production
• Experience in DRAM, high speed DRAM Interfaces like HBM, GDDR and LPDDR and their timing, analog, and digital requirements
• Ability to understand the Top N issues in a myriad of data
• Excellent written, verbal and technical communications

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead post-silicon bringup, characterization, and productization of memory system for NVIDIA's GPU products
• Develop, qualify, and work on compliance of memory system software and firmware
• Be the primary contact for customers internal and external, and DRAM vendors for silicon issues relating to memory
• Contribute through the GPU development cycle from concept to tape out
