Staff Field Quality and Reliability Engineer - Low Voltage Electrical Systems

Job Description

Rivian is seeking a Quality and Reliability Engineer to improve the reliability of low-voltage electrical systems in Electric Adventure Vehicles.

Requirements

• Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 4+ years of industry experience in reliability engineering or related role
• Working knowledge of applied statistics and statistical software for reliability
• Working knowledge of coding language, preferably Python / SQL
• Experience in problem resolution methods and leading cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Apply reliability engineering concepts to improve the reliability of electrical systems
• Utilize reliability statistics to identify trends and risks in the field
• Facilitate root cause investigation of field failures
• Create statistical analyses and reliability forecasts
• Analyze field data to improve product requirements and test methods
