Job Description

Rivian is seeking a Sr./Staff NVH Engineer to lead and execute system and vehicle level NVH testing, contributing to the refinement, noise, and tactile character of Rivian products.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field
10+ years of NVH experience in automotive or related field
Strong command of NVH-related physics and first principles
Proficient performing data collection and digital signal processing using Matlab / Python
Experience conducting Modal Analysis and Transfer Path Analysis
LMS Test Lab experience

Responsibilities

Lead and execute system and vehicle level NVH testing
Generate detailed diagnostics of NVH performance
Transform complex NVH data into clear, concise technical reports
Work with design engineers to implement required NVH-related design changes
Develop standardized and automated test procedures
Contribute to NVH continuous improvement initiatives
