Job Description

Rivian is seeking a Data Logging Infrastructure Lead to strategize and develop the backbone of autonomous systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Robotics or a related field
• 7+ years (Bachelor’s)/5+ years (Master’s) of professional experience in systems engineering or software development
• Knowledge of Autonomous systems fundamentals and large scale ML/DL models
• Strong problem-solving skills in a highly cross-functional and fast-paced environment
• Basic to moderate programming skills (C/C++, Python)
• Knowledge of data privacy and security risks and controls

Responsibilities

• Strategize data logging campaigns for autonomy use cases
• Architect in-vehicle and cloud solutions for logging and storage
• Develop comprehensive requirements, test cases, and plans for data logging framework
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end development and integration
• Define metrics for evaluation and collaborate with data analytics teams
• Lead process improvements and coordinate with program teams
