Job Description

Rivian is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Technical Architect to design and implement ServiceNow solutions for efficient IT service delivery.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Extensive experience in ServiceNow platform administration, implementation, and application development
Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices
Excellent coding skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other scripting languages
Proficient in ServiceNow platform configurations, workflows, and UI customization
Experience with ServiceNow app development

Design and architect ServiceNow ITSM solutions based on business requirements
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using scripting and coding languages
Oversee the administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform
Work in an Agile development environment, participating in sprint planning and other Agile ceremonies
Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement within the ITSM framework
Provide technical guidance and leadership in ServiceNow architecture and development
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution designs
Develop and execute test plans and strategies to ensure the quality and functionality of ServiceNow solutions
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry best practices
