Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 12+ years of experience (including 5+ years as manager) OR Master's degree with 10+ years of experience (including 3+ years as manager)
• Experience in Semiconductors preferred
• Experience leading teams in a mechanical design engineering environment
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and project management skills
• Knowledge in temperature sensor and thermal process

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design process for in-situ semiconductor process monitoring systems
• Manage multiple projects/programs, resources, and timelines
• Troubleshoot issues, provide fixture/tooling support, and conduct data analysis
• Design mechanical components/assemblies in CREO
• Manage team of engineers, conduct performance evaluations, and foster innovation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers for product development
