Mechatronics and Controls Engineer

Job Description

Join KLA as a mechanical or mechatronics engineer to design groundbreaking mechatronics systems for semiconductor inspection and metrology tools.

Requirements

• Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
• Experience with design of mechanical/mechatronic hardware using CAD
• Knowledge of MATLAB or python

Responsibilities

• Help model, design, and control high-performance motion systems
• Develop, analyze, and build mechatronics hardware
• Analyze and design solutions to optimize speed and accuracy
• Use model-based design techniques to build predictive performance models
• Help with concept generation, error budgets, and customer concerns
