Product Engineer – Reliability Modeling & Statistics

Job Description

The job involves understanding reliability models, developing innovative ideas, collaborating with cross-functional groups, and driving innovation in reliability, availability, and maintainability modeling domain.

Requirements

• Doctorate (Academic) Degree or Master's Level Degree with related work experience
• Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science engineering, statistics, or related engineering discipline
• Experience in advancing solutions to technical problems in a cross-functional and multidisciplinary environment
• Proficiency in coding to solve applied industrial problems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Understand and own reliability models to generate engineering insights
• Identify and bridge gaps between models and real-world scenarios
• Write code to develop understanding of reliability and statistical problems
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups to obtain and validate data
• Drive innovation and features in the reliability modeling domain
• Deliver periodic reports and present ideas and results concisely
• Lead technical groups, resolve differing viewpoints, and move discussions forward
• Continuously learn new technical concepts and software, be self-driven
