Senior Product Development Engineer

Job Description

Systems Engineering position in the semiconductor industry focusing on the complete lifecycle of cutting-edge metrology systems for Advanced Packaging.

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of Systems Engineering principles in the semiconductor industry
• Strong skills in optical systems, opto-mechanics, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering
• Experience with data processing, analytics, and statistics using Python and MATLAB
• Ability to travel internationally up to 25%
• Minimum qualifications: Doctorate Degree and 3 years of related work experience; Master's Degree and 6 years of related work experience; Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of related work experience

Responsibilities

• Design and develop system architectures and characterize system performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and validate metrology systems
• Define and document system specifications, perform systems analysis, and develop test plans
• Provide ongoing engineering support to ensure field systems adaption and customer satisfaction
• Work with Product & Program Managers to meet project milestones
