Job Description

Lead tool quality program manager role at KLA, focusing on issue tracking and driving closure for systemic improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and install processes.

Requirements

• Doctorate (Academic) Degree with 0 years related work experience OR Master's Level Degree with 3 years related work experience OR Bachelor's Level Degree with 5 years related work experience in engineering or technical field
• Strong interpersonal and self-management skills
• Proven background in driving corrective actions (Problem Solving Methods)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and crafting customer facing reports (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work in a diverse team and with groups located in other regions
• Ability to communicate complex subjects in simple terms
• Travel domestic and international travel less than 10%

Responsibilities

• Manage issue tracking and drive closure for tool quality program
• Review data to identify patterns and opportunities for systemic improvement
• Handle internal engagement and alignment on tool quality related issues
• Review root cause corrective action closures and drive global lessons learned
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide training and support to team members on tool quality program processes
