Sr. Electrical Engineer

Job Description

KLA is looking for a research scientist, software engineers, application development engineers, and senior product technology process engineers to join their Global Products Group (GPG) in the Broadband Plasma Division (BBP) to develop test fixtures, test procedures, and test scripts for new digital and analog electronics boards.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of analog circuits design and noise analysis
• Experience with mixed analog and high-speed digital circuit design
• Experience in schematic capture, and PCB board layout tools including OrCAD & Cadence Allegro
• Experience with FPGA design and implementation
• Ability to work well in multi-functional teams
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop test fixtures, test procedures, and test scripts for new digital and analog electronics boards
• Define electrical subsystem requirements, specifications, and interfaces
• Design/prototype analog/digital circuits and schematics capture
• Participate in design activities and conduct subsystem and system-level integration
• Write design and test documents and interact with development, manufacturing, and service teams
