Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Intermediate level of supervisory experience required
• General knowledge of assembly and production processes
• Safety-oriented with the ability to identify and eliminate safety risks
• Ability to lead and provide feedback to hourly Union operations associates
• Knowledge of basic IT programs such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Email, and Instant Messaging
• Effective public speaking and root cause problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple production teams by setting clear expectations and fostering accountability
• Collaborate with Safety, Quality, and Maintenance departments to drive operational improvements
• Monitor daily performance metrics to ensure production goals are met while maintaining quality standards
• Deliver clear and timely communication to team members and stakeholders
• Support team development through coaching, mentoring, and training programs
• Champion a clean and safe work environment by modeling best practices
• Identify opportunities for productivity, quality, and efficiency enhancements through continuous improvement practices
