Job Description

Lead the improvement of Supply Chain effectiveness by integrating advanced technologies such as IoT, robotics, and AI-driven automation systems specifically for electronics manufacturing.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Electronics Engineering, or related field with 4 years of experience in a relevant position, or
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Electronics Engineering, or related field with 6 years of experience in a relevant position
• Experience in defining and governing processes, capabilities, systems, and data in electronics manufacturing
• Knowledge of analytics, governance, and quality in electronics manufacturing practices
• Proficiency in using data analytics tools such as Power-Bi and Tableau
• Familiarity with Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Experience in creating performance metrics and continuous improvement activities

Responsibilities

• Lead improvement activities to achieve performance objectives in impacted value streams
• Define and govern processes, capabilities, systems, and data aligned to end-to-end value stream performance goals
• Drive project completion, process redesign, and key functional processes and practices
• Collaborate with R&D and product engineering teams to ensure supply chain constraints are considered in new product designs
