Product Engineer – Reliability Modeling & Statistics

Job Description

KLA is seeking a technically proficient individual to work on reliability modeling and analysis in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.

Requirements

• Master's Level Degree or Bachelor's Level Degree with 2 years of related work experience
• Experience with commercial reliability software and part/system level reliability analysis
• Proficiency in coding for reliability and statistical problem-solving
• Strong understanding of statistical distributions and probability concepts
• Familiarity with SQL, JMP, Matlab, R, Python, Tableau, etc.

Responsibilities

• Understand and own reliability models, generate insights, and bridge gaps between models and real-world scenarios
• Write code to develop understanding and present insights concisely
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups to validate model results
• Drive innovation in reliability modeling domain and deliver periodic reports
• Present ideas and results, lead technical groups, and resolve differing viewpoints
• Continuously learn new technical concepts and software, be self-driven for problem-solving
