Reliability Engineer

Job Description

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Reliability/Test Engineer to contribute to the development and qualification of power tool products through an Engineering approach focused on innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related engineering field with 1+ years of experience in similar product development, reliability, test, or quality roles
• Extremely critical thinker with the ability to evaluate and proactively identify risks early in the New Product Development cycle
• Experience in troubleshooting, fault detection, failure analysis, and automating tests/measurements and analysis
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Ability to travel 10% (includes both domestic and international)

Responsibilities

• Be a subject matter expert in the New Product Development team
• Develop Critical to Quality (CTQ) requirements and collaborate with Product Management
• Design experimental techniques to improve development and testing efforts
• Interact with global suppliers and track multiple projects simultaneously
• Develop new test procedures, document test plans, and perform data analysis
