Reliability Engineer

Job Description

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Reliability Engineer to contribute to the development and qualification of power tool products through the utilization of engineering skills and a focus on durability, disruption, and market leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in similar product development, reliability, test, or quality roles
• Experience with analytical problem-solving, statistical applications, data acquisition systems, and data analytics software
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence at all levels
• Ability to travel 10% (domestic and international)

Responsibilities

• Be a subject matter expert in New Product Development team
• Develop Critical to Quality (CTQ) requirements and collaborate with Engineering and Marketing
• Design experimental techniques and interact with global suppliers
• Develop new test procedures, document test plans, and perform data analysis
• Ensure timely failure reporting and drive root cause analysis
