Requirements

• Master or PhD in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 5 years in large-scale distributed systems or AI infrastructure
• Advanced expertise in Python, strong experience with JavaScript
• Deep knowledge of software engineering principles
• Experience with containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD
• Solid experience with databases like MongoDB and Redis
• Practical experience with LLMs or agent frameworks
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve scalable infrastructure for AI applications
• Drive improvements in architecture, performance, and reliability
• Collaborate across teams to mentor and support peers
