Job Description

Manufacturing Engineer – Senior role located in Oshkosh, WI focused on optimizing manufacturing processes through design integration, data-driven process improvements, and equipment strategy.

Requirements

• College, university, or degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or related field, or equivalent experience
• Intermediate level of relevant work experience

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing projects from concept to implementation with a focus on safety, quality, and business objectives
• Apply advanced manufacturing principles and best practices to improve processes and equipment efficiency
• Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI tools for process improvement
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, business leaders, and external partners
• Collaborate with internal and external resources for project success
• Build relationships and coach stakeholders on manufacturing standards
• Make data-driven decisions balancing safety, cost, quality, and delivery
• Lead the creation and implementation of manufacturing standards and work methods
