Senior Reliability Engineer

Job Description

NVIDIA is looking for a Senior Reliability Engineer to work on qualifications of new NVIDIA products in various sectors including AI, Mobile, Automotive, Deep learning, Graphic Processor, and System on Chip.

Requirements

• BS or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Material Sciences or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in IC reliability
• Proficient in reliability data analysis tools such as JMP, Weibull++, and/or Minitab
• Firm technical background in wafer fab, and Flip Chip BGA and COWOS packaging technologies
• Knowledge of CMOS devices physics and reliability statistics and models
• Familiar with industry standards like JEDEC, IPC, AEC-Q100

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement qualifications of new NVIDIA products
• Investigate and analyze failures and failure mechanisms
• Drive corrective and preventive actions for project field failures
• Participate in assessing reliability test requirements for non-conforming materials
• Maintain and improve reliability database
• Communicate clearly and produce product reliability qualification reports and presentations
