Reliability Test Engineer

Job Description

NVIDIA is seeking a Test Engineer to join their Reliability Testing team in Santa Clara, CA. This role supports various product lines including automotive, server, embedded, graphics, and consumer products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a high-tech engineering or lab environment
• Strong background in working with electrical circuits and data acquisition systems
• Proficient in writing, debugging, and driving test scripts
• Familiarity with industry standards such as IEC, ISO, EIA, MIL-STD, Telcordia, and ISTA
• Experience with different operating systems
• Knowledge of reliability monitoring metrics and performance indicators
• Established proficiency in leading multi-functional teams and communicating effectively

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate test equipment for mechanical, environmental, and electrical testing
• Schedule, prepare, and complete environmental and mechanical reliability tests
• Collaborate with third-party laboratories, suppliers, and customers
• Document and analyze test results, author detailed post-test reports
• Provide mentorship on user documentation
