Senior VLSI CAD Engineer, ECO Tools - New College Grad 2025

Job Description

NVIDIA is seeking a CAD R&D Engineer to innovate in algorithms related to ECO automation and work across the entire VLSI flow.

Requirements

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience across VLSI design
• Proficiency in C++
• Familiarity with SAT solvers and logic minimization
• Experience with GUI frameworks like ImGui or Qt

Responsibilities

• Innovate algorithms related to ECO automation
• Improve or replace in-house algorithms for VLSI design steps
• Educate RTL teams on best practices
• Develop GUIs for design visualization
• Write code for new optimization opportunities and solutions
