Senior QA Software Engineer - Networking

Job Description

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior QA Software Test Engineer to join the NVIDIA-Cumulus system Ethernet group, focusing on testing Ethernet Switch/Router features and participating in AI & Spectrum-X solution testing.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Engineering/Computer Science/related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of demonstrable experience in Software Quality Engineering
• Strong skills in Python or other scripting languages
• Experience with L2 and L3 protocols like MLAG, VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP, EVPN
• Proficiency with test tools from Ixia or Spirent and test management
• Hands-on experience with Unix or Linux based OS

Responsibilities

• Functional / System Testing of Layer2 and Layer3 features of NVIDIA-Mellanox Spectrum series Ethernet Switch systems
• Writing detailed feature and system test plans
• Developing automated test suites for features of NVIDIA-Cumulus Linux
• Collaborating with design, test, and engineering groups to identify and resolve issues
