Senior RF Test Engineer, Kuiper Silicon Team

Job Description

Project Kuiper is an initiative by Amazon to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites to provide broadband connectivity to un-served and under-served communities worldwide. They are hiring a Senior RF ATE Engineer to work on high-speed broadband solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/communications engineering or related field
• 5 or more years of employment in silicon RF Test or RF Product Engineering
• Up to 30% international travel required

Responsibilities

• Write test plans and test programs for mm-wave SoCs
• Review device specifications and apply design for test principles
• Define load board, socket, and probe card designs
• Architect high-volume test solutions
• Identify test related readiness, issues, and optimizations
• Own the optimization and improvement of test methodologies
• Work with lab bench mm-wave test systems
• Develop and transfer die probing techniques
• Interact with suppliers for engineering programs
