Job Description

The AWS Intelligence Initiative program is hiring cleared builders for a unique opportunity to work with some of the best and brightest engineers and technical leaders. Builders undergo an intensive training and development program to learn about operational culture, enhance their technical skills, and grow into engineering roles as part of the AWS Region Reliability organization.

Requirements

• Possession and maintenance of an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph
• Opt-in to a commensurate clearance for each government agency for which they perform AWS work

Responsibilities

• Execute defined operational tasks on schedule
• Identify ineffective processes
• Work on technical implementations following a Standard Operating Process
• Resolve or escalate operational concerns
• Engineer systems on a massive scale in cloud computing
• Support and simplify operational scalability
• Become an AWS Services platform diagnosis, response, measurement, and automation expert
