Senior Systems Engineer, DriveAV - Autonomous Vehicles

Job Description

NVIDIA is seeking a Systems Engineer to help expand autonomous vehicle solutions using cutting-edge perception technology.

Requirements

• MS or PhD in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
• 8+ years of systems engineering experience on complex systems
• Strong coding skills and software development experience
• Expertise in Systems Engineering principles and product life-cycles
• Proven understanding of failure analysis methodologies
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Develop perception, mapping, and localization system requirements
• Define performance requirements and allocate performance budgets
• Formulate test cases and critical metrics
• Develop analysis and test evaluation tools
• Collaborate with hardware engineering and product teams
• Find innovative solutions to improve processes
• Establish relationships with relevant partners
• Promote systems engineering mentality within the organization
