Job Description

AWS Infrastructure Services is seeking Data Center Technicians to support customers at multiple locations. The role involves ensuring data center availability and reliability, responding to operational incidents, and collaborating with various teams to resolve issues.

Requirements

• 1+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience
• 1+ years of computer networking experience
• High school or equivalent diploma

Responsibilities

• Performing server rack installations, hardware break-fix, troubleshooting network issues, and responding to operational incidents
• Serving as a primary contact point for internal and external stakeholders
• Participating in on-call duties, scheduled maintenance, and change management activities
• Contributing to documentation and process improvement initiatives
• Training and onboarding new team members
