Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or 5+ years Amazon experience
• 10+ years in Design/Innovation Engineering, Manufacturing/Process/Industrial Engineering, or related
• Experience managing engineering design projects
• Experience with business/technical software like MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD software
• Written and verbal communication skills to senior leadership levels

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to design cost-effective solutions for fulfillment and distribution systems
• Own multiple projects from concept realization through design approval
• Work on strategic initiatives for the next generation of system design
• Support Ops Engineering team during installation and commissioning of projects
