Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience
• Experience with at least one programming language
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead technical initiatives supporting CSAs in solving complex customer problems
• Build systems enabling data-driven decision making while protecting customer data
• Implement solutions empowering CSAs to provide consistent customer support
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify customer pain points and architect solutions
• Maintain monitoring systems for identifying customer impact issues and swift resolution
• Root cause customer experience defects and implement systematic fixes
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of customer obsession and technical excellence
• Build tools to help CSAs deliver personalized solutions efficiently at scale
• Participate in on-call rotations to maintain system availability and reliability
