Job Description

Requirements

• 3+ years of software development or technical support experience
• Experience scripting in modern program languages
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
• Experience in agile/scrum or related collaborative workflow
• Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution
• Proven experience with SQL

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve systemic customer impacting issues
• Develop SOPs and automated tools to improve efficiency
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement troubleshooting best-practices
• Mentor and provide guidance to peer support engineers
• Analyze and prioritize technical issues daily
