Job Description

Exciting opportunity to work on innovative cloud computing solutions for U.S. Government agencies within the AWS Intelligence team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or A+ or CND or Network+ or Security+ certification
• 1-3 years of experience in Systems Administration in Linux/Unix
• 1-3 years of experience in Networking (TCP/IP, DNS)
• 1-3 years of experience in Troubleshooting/Support for technical IT issues
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex system operations
• Operate large cloud computing infrastructure
• Implement and simplify solutions to complex problems
• Identify and resolve operational concerns
• Work in a 24/7 shift environment
