Applications Development Engineer

Job Description

The job involves providing high level applications support for KLA products, including customer support, tool recipe setup, and recipe optimization. It also involves collaborating with different groups, providing escalation support, assisting in assessing potential applications of company products, and generating best known method (BKM) documents.

Requirements

• Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience
• Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years
• Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years

Responsibilities

• Providing high level applications support for KLA products
• Collaborating with different groups including service dept., product manager, sales, division, management, and customers
• Assisting sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs
• Generating best known method (BKM) documents
• Using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word for data analysis, knowledge documentation, and presentation preparation
• Delivering technical presentations with clarity
• Domestic and worldwide travel as required
