Reliability Engineer II

Job Description

The Reliability Engineer II at Milwaukee Tool is responsible for contributing to the development and qualification of power tool products by defining test methods, analytical processes, and product requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or related engineering field
• 2+ years of experience in product development, systems, reliability, test, and/or quality roles
• Experience in analytical problem-solving, statistical applications, test development, design verification and validation

Responsibilities

• Be a subject matter expert in the development team regarding test methods, product requirements, user needs, and data analytics
• Manage user needs and design requirements through collaboration with product management and user research
• Develop new test methods, procedures, and test fixtures for evaluating product performance
