Job Description

Rivian is seeking an automotive lighting mechanical engineer to design, develop, and validate exterior lighting systems for their Electric Adventure Vehicles.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
2-3+ years of Exterior/Interior Lamp development at a Tier 1 or OEM
Proficiency in CAD tools
Experience with CATIA V5/V6
Ability to manage the full part lifecycle

Responsibilities

Designing and developing lighting components
Conducting validation testing
Managing supplier relationships
Project management and collaboration
Problem-solving and continuous improvement
Supporting manufacturing and launch
