Product Development Engineer (semiconductor/capital equipment)

Job Description

Product Development Engineer role at KLA focusing on managing high-priority escalations and driving continuous improvement in the escalation process.

Requirements

• BS degree and 3 years of work experience or MS degree and 1 year of work experience in technical field
• Advanced degree in Engineering or Physical Sciences
• Great teammate with strong leadership, critical thinking, communication, and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering development projects for mask inspection products in RAPID division of KLA
• Assess, evaluate risks, and drive projects forward with an eye for critical path
• Communicate cross-functionally with a diverse team including engineering, manufacturing, and service to drive execution
• Identify bottlenecks and remove obstacles for the team to focus on value-add activities
• Hold regular meetings between functional groups to ensure interdependencies are well understood and documented
