Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or STEM field required
• Post-graduate (Master's) degree may be required for select roles
• Prior Technical Specialist/Specialist Engineering equivalent work experience required
• Knowledge of MS Office tools preferred

Responsibilities

• Leading investigations of complex material and material processing problems
• Creating, managing, and improving methods for material validation and design validation
• Obtaining input and negotiating with Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering functions
• Using systems knowledge to make impactful decisions in material selection and inspection
• Ensuring material capability and quality requirements are clearly understood and implemented
• Providing leadership in problem resolution for complex systems with global business impact
• Leading the development and improvement of work processes and systems
• Coordinating and directing technical project teams and mentoring engineers and project managers
