Product Engineer - RAPID

Job Description

The job involves serving as the central technical resource and interface with various departments to optimize serviceability and improve product service performance throughout the Product Life Cycle. The role also includes driving continuous improvement of system hardware, diagnostics, software, tooling, technical documentation, and training.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with EUV tools or semiconductor processing equipment
• Consistent track record of solving sophisticated problems
• Strong analytic and data analysis skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in multidisciplinary, multicultural teams
• Background in developing and delivering remote technical training using virtual reality, augmented reality, and video

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central technical resource and interface with design engineering, manufacturing, technical support, quality, marketing, and field teams
• Proactively optimize serviceability and reduce cost-of-service throughout the Product Life Cycle
• Drive continuous improvement of system hardware, diagnostics, software, tooling, technical documentation, and training
• Influence early PLC designs to include features that optimize service business
• Participate in beta and sustaining escalation efforts, analyze data, and provide action plans
• Contribute to technical reports, training requirements determination, and spare parts planning
• Perform hands-on work for integration of Alpha/Beta systems
